    Akima算法及最小二乘法在動態稱重系統中的應用

    摘要(Abstract):

    裝載機動態稱重裝置是依據對現有裝載機數學模型的分析及裝載機油壓和重量在特定區間具有線性對應關系的特點來完成的.硬件電路選用ARM處理器,AD7730高精度的A\D轉換芯片;軟件上使用Akima插值算法及最小二乘曲線擬合方法實現了對實測數據的濾波、插值計算、數據平移補償等功能,通過實驗驗證該裝置滿足裝載機動態稱重系統的控制要求.
    The dynamic weighing device of the loader designed in this paper is based on the analysis of the existing mathematical model of the loader and the linear relationship between the oil pressure and the weight of the loader in a specific interval. The hardware circuit uses ARM processor, AD7730 high-precision A\D conversion chip; the software uses the Akima interpolation algorithm and the least-squares curve-fitting method to realize the filtering, interpolation calculation, data translation compensation and other functions of the measured data, and the device meets the control requirements of the dynamic weighing system of the loader through experiments.
