    利用壓縮感知理論的聲速剖面反演方法研究

    摘要(Abstract):

    針對傳統的聲速剖面(sound speed profile, SSP)反演問題中,使用最小化最小二乘代價函數的解來正則化需要對復雜的SSP結構進行采樣,會導致SSP變化不確定性的問題.研究了采用壓縮感知(compressed sensing, CS)方法,通過反演非線性聲傳播模型,利用CS來估計淺海中的聲速剖面.首先使用一階泰勒展開將SSP的非線性響應進行線性化;然后使用信號稀疏表示方法對聲壓進行稀疏展開;最后使用CS來估計淺海中的SSP.通過計算SSP的估計誤差,發現誤差的70%置信區間在±0.6 m/s之內,實驗結果表明,使用CS方法可以有效地估計SSP.
    As for the inversion problem concerning the traditional sound speed profile(SSP), using the solution of the minimized least-squares cost function to regularize the complex SSP structure needs to be sampled, which will lead to the problem of SSP variation uncertainty. This research adopts the method of compressed sensing(CS) by inverting the nonlinear sound propagation model, and uses CS to estimate the sound velocity profile in the shallow sea. First, it uses the first-order Taylor expansion to linearize the nonlinear response of the SSP, then adopts the signal sparse representation method to sparse the sound pressure, and finally uses CS to estimate the SSP in the shallow sea. By calculating the estimation error of the SSP, the 70% confidence interval of the error is within ±0.6 m/s. The research results show that the use of the CS method can accurately estimate the SSP.
